The Olympus Project was a joint venture project undertaken by the Welsh Industrial Partnership which comprised the Welsh Government and Royal Bank of Scotland.

The scheme was undertaken as part of a 4 year framework which has undertaken circa £20million of industrial developments in Wales, Bowen & Partners provide quantity surveying and CDM Co-ordinator services to WIP on the 4 year framework.  The contract was let on a JCT Design & Building Contract.
