The works were converted into the Pop Factory multimedia complex and has been the base for a range of music, entertainment and youth orientated TV series for the BBC, ITV and S4C until 2011 when Avanti focused on its core business of TV produuction.

Bowen and Partners provided project management, quantity surveying and CDM Co-ordination and dealt with grants from RCT Council and WDA.
