The Trowbridge Centre Regeneration was a partnering project between City and County of Cardiff and Cardiff Community Housing Association.

The scheme was to regenerate an existing district shopping centre which was falling into disrepair and associated housing and replace with a new vibrant shopping centre and modern housing built to a Lifetime Homes specification and providing a new home zone residential project.
The £5.2 million project provided forty five new homes to current Assembly standards; a new community centre. In addition, improvements to the infrastructure and landscaping of the area.
Bowen & Partners advised the City Council and Housing Association on procurement of the works and processing the OJEU notices of pre-qualification responses of partnering contractors.
We provided project and financial management and CDM Co-ordination on the project.
