Employers Agent

Bowen and Partners has an established track record of working alongside clients as their agent to provide hands on support in the delivery of construction projects. The service can be either "standalone" or can be combined with other services that we offer, most commonly linking the Employer's Agent service with provision of cost consultancy and/or project management, depending on the client's specific requirements.

Our approach is based on our extensive experience of fulfilling the Employer's Agent role across all sectors, working for both public bodies and private sector clients.

The philosophy and approach adopted is the same as that across all commissions undertaken by Bowen and Partners - experienced teams led by hands on Directors, with the core objective of adding value to our client's projects.
